Exemption for Avenue Bank Limited

On 6 June 2025, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted a permanent exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Avenue Bank for product data and consumer data sharing obligations for the term deposit aspect of its bank guarantee product. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Avenue Bank.
