Exemption for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited

On 2 June 2022, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) to Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) deferring its obligations to share product data and consumer data in respect of its margin loan product until 1 June 2024, and its obligations to share consumer data in respect of its asset finance products until 1 June 2025. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from ANZ.
