ZG Pty Ltd agrees to:
cease supplying "Macho" 2000kg trolley jacks;
either destroy or have retested at a lower capacity all jacks recalled;
provide an independent auditor's report of the recall; and
implement a compliance program.
The parties were involved in litigation by the ACCC relating to price-fixing and market sharing conduct in the Queensland Fire Protection industry in breach of sections 45(2)(a)(ii) and 45(2)(b)(ii) of the Act.
Optus and Excite@Home jointly provide the Optus@Home residential cable Internet service. The service was launched in January 2000. Prior to 4 August 2000 the service was advertised as unlimited. The service was limited by an Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP').

Cuisine Courier Pty Limited provides a restaurant delivery service in Melbourne and Sydney. As part of this business Cuisine Courier publishes and distributes, by itself or by its agents, menu booklets listing menus and prices for a variety of restaurants.
