On 26 February 2021, Lynham Networks (trading as Lightning Broadband) provided written notice to the ACCC electing to be bound by the class exemption under section 143A of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
On 7 September 2020, Real World Networks provided written notice to the ACCC electing to be bound by the class exemption under section 143A of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
On 28 August 2020, Connected Australia provided written notice to the ACCC electing to be bound by the class exemption under section 143A of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
The ACCC has decided to publish the following determinations about the terms of access to the local carriage service (LCS). In December 2010 the ACCC decided to publish a final determination and statement of reasons in relation to a LCS access dispute.
