On 5 December 2013, the ACCC accepted an undertaking (the Undertaking) from Murray Goulbourn Co-operative Co. Limited (Murray Goulbourn) in relation to an application for authorisation in respect of an acquisition pursuant to section 95AU of the Competition and Consumer Act.
