This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 28 February 2013 by CNT Corp Pty Ltd with respect to an access agreement entered into by Clear Networks Pty Ltd with CNT Corp Pty Ltd. This access agreement contains differences from the Local Bitstream Access Service Final Access Determination (FAD) that was published by the ACCC on 3 October 2012.
