This access agreement contains differences from a standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Wholesale Broadband Agreement’).

This access agreement contains differences from a standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Wholesale Broadband Agreement’).

These access agreements contain differences from a standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Interim Satellite Agreement (Second Release)’).

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 21 December 2012 by NBN Co in respect to an access agreement entered into by TasmaNet Pty Ltd with NBN Co. This access agreement contains differences from the standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Wholesale Broadband Agreement’).

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 13 November 2012 by NBN Co in respect to an access agreement entered into by NBN Co and multiple access seekers. This access agreement contains differences from a standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Wholesale Broadband Agreement’).

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 5 November 2012 by NBN Co in respect to an access agreement entered into by AARNet Pty Ltd with NBN Co. This access agreement contains differences from the standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Satellite Wholesale Broadband Agreement’).

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 25 October 2012 by NBN Co in respect to an access agreement entered into by NBN Co and multiple access seekers. This access agreement contains differences from a standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co (the ‘Wholesale Broadband Agreement’).

On 23 September 2015, the ACCC extended the final access determination (FAD) for the Local Access Bitstream Access Service (LBAS) until the day before the new FAD comes into force, as it was not in a positon to make a new FAD prior to its expiration on 5 October 2015. The existing LBAS FAD will now expire on the day immediately before the day on which a new access determination will come into force.
