On 29 July 2016, the ACCC made the Interim Access Determination (IAD) for the Superfast Broadband Access Service (SBAS). The SBAS IAD expires on 28 July 2017, unless revoked sooner.

On 16 April 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the existing the final access determinations (FADs) for the declared fixed line services (LCS, WLR, LSS, ULLS, PSTN OA (FOAS as of 1 August 2014), PSTN TA (FTAS as of August 1 2014) and the wholesale ADSL service. The ACCC is extending these FADs as it will not be in a position to make the new fixed line services and the wholesale ADSL service FADs prior to their expiration.

In November 2012 the ACCC made final determinations in 13 access disputes in relation to the LSS and or ULLS declared services.

On 23 September 2015, the ACCC extended the final access determination (FAD) for the Local Access Bitstream Access Service (LBAS) until the day before the new FAD comes into force, as it was not in a positon to make a new FAD prior to its expiration on 5 October 2015. The existing LBAS FAD will now expire on the day immediately before the day on which a new access determination will come into force.
