On 29 September 2017, Tabcorp Holdings Limited (Tabcorp) made Application 3 of 2017 to the Australian Competition Tribunal (Tribunal) for merger authorisation to acquire all of the shares in Tatts Group Limited (Tatts).

Declared Service Pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the wholesale asymmetric digital subscriber line service (Wholesale ADSL Service) declaration to 13 February 2022.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares, pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act), that the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

On 4 April 2016 Sea Swift Pty Ltd applied to the Australian Competition Tribunal for merger authorisation to acquire assets associated with the Toll Marine Logistics business in the Northern Territory and far north Queensland.

On 21 September 2015 Sea Swift Pty Ltd applied to the Australian Competition Tribunal for merger authorisation to acquire assets associated with the Toll Marine Logistics business.

On 24 March 2014 AGL Energy Limited applied to the Australian Competition Tribunal for merger authorisation to acquire the assets of Macquarie Generation.

On 29 November 2013 Murray Goulburn Co-operative Co. Limited applied to the Australian Competition Tribunal for merger authorisation to acquire Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory Company Holdings Limited. 

Declared Service On 13 December 2013, the ACCC accepted a special access undertaking lodged by NBN Co Limited, pursuant to subs. 152CBC(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA). Under subs.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares, pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act), that the local bitstream access service (LBAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

The ACCC has decided to publish the following determinations about the terms of access to the unconditioned local loop service (ULLS). In December 2010 the ACCC decided to publish final determinations and statements of reasons in relation to four ULLS access disputes.
