Declared service The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the Line Sharing Service pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The ACCC varies the Line Sharing Service declaration in accordance with section 152AO of the Act.

Declared service The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the Local Carriage Service (LCS) pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the Domestic PSTN Terminating Access Service pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The ACCC varies the Domestic PSTN Terminating Access Service declaration to be known as the Fixed Terminating Access Service (FTAS) in accordance with section 152AO of the Act.

Declared service The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the Act) that the Domestic Transmission Capacity Service (DTCS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) declares pursuant to s. 152AL(3) of the Act that the Domestic transmission capacity service is a 'declared service' for the purposes of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
The ACCC announced on 25 March 2004 that it had accepted an access undertaking lodged by Telstra Multimedia Pty Ltd on 23 December 2003 in relation to the provision of the declared analogue subscription television broadcast service.
This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 20 March 2014 by NBN Co in respect to access agreements entered into by NBN Co and Symbio Wholesale Pty Ltd. This access agreement contains differences from the standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co on 13 December 2013 (Wholesale Broadband Agreement 2).
