The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the Domestic PSTN Terminating Access Service pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The ACCC varies the Domestic PSTN Terminating Access Service declaration to be known as the Fixed Terminating Access Service (FTAS) in accordance with section 152AO of the Act.

Declared Service On 13 December 2013, the ACCC accepted a special access undertaking lodged by NBN Co Limited, pursuant to subs. 152CBC(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA). Under subs.
In November 2012 the ACCC made final determinations in 13 access disputes in relation to the LSS and or ULLS declared services.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares, pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act), that the local bitstream access service (LBAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

The ACCC has decided to publish the following determinations about the terms of access to the local carriage service (LCS). In December 2010 the ACCC decided to publish a final determination and statement of reasons in relation to a LCS access dispute.
