AUS-MEAT has lodged an application to register a certification trade mark “Fodder Fed” (CTM 2078679). The mark is intended to indicate that meat products marked with the Fodder Fed CTM have met a number of standards relating to systems management, product integrity, and environmental management.
The Christian Certification Authority Australia Pty Ltd has lodged an application to register a certification trade mark “Christian Certified” (CTM 1991912).
Overview
The ACCC has made an initial assessment of certification trade mark application 1914662 (CTM application) lodged by Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC). This application relates to the treatment of farm animals for food production.
This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 28 February 2013 by CNT Corp Pty Ltd with respect to an access agreement entered into by Clear Networks Pty Ltd with CNT Corp Pty Ltd.
The ACCC has decided to publish the following determinations about the terms of access to the local carriage service (LCS).

Murrumbidgee Irrigation Limited has provided an undertaking to the ACCC acknowledging that its conduct breached rule 5(1) of the Water Charge (Termination Fees) Rules 2009 because it imposed termination fees that exceeded the maximum amount authorised under the Rules.
