Declared service
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Act that the line sharing service is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.
On 25 October the ACCC accepted a section 87B undertaking from Healthscope Limited (Healthscope) that replaced Healthscope's initial undertaking given to the ACCC on 15 August 2007.
