Declared service Under section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Act), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares that the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

Wholesale ADSL

Declared Service Pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the wholesale asymmetric digital subscriber line service (Wholesale ADSL Service) declaration to 13 February 2022.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares, pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act), that the superfast broadband access service (SBAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

On 29 July 2016, the ACCC made the Interim Access Determination (IAD) for the Superfast Broadband Access Service (SBAS). The SBAS IAD expires on 28 July 2017, unless revoked sooner. 

This statement of differences was given to the ACCC on 18 July 2014 by NBN Co in respect to access agreements entered into by NBN Co and the multiple access seekers. This access agreement contains differences from the standard form of access agreement (SFAA) as published by NBN Co on 13 December 2013 (Wholesale Broadband Agreement 2).

Declared service The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extends the expiry date for the Unconditioned Local Loop Service pursuant to section 152ALA(4) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
