Four types of sanding discs designed for use with Black & Decker's multi-sander and detail sander products were sold with packaging with the representation that the discs were Made in Australia when they were actually imported.
Uncle Tobys Foods Pty Ltd provided a section 87B undertaking to the ACCC in relation to representations made in the marketing of its Roll-Ups products.
