On 29 June 2015, the ACCC decided to accept a Section 87B undertaking (the undertaking) from Toll Holdings Limited (Toll) in relation to the proposed acquisition by Sea Swift Pty Ltd (Sea Swift) of certain assets of Toll Marine Logistics Australia (Toll Marine business, a business unit of Toll) (the proposed acquisition).
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accepted a section 87B undertaking from Cabcharge Australia Limited (ACN 001 958 390) (Cabcharge) which outlines a process under which rival payment processors (third parties) will be able to process Cabcharge cards on their own in-taxi payment terminals.
On 17 June 2015, the ACCC decided to accept an undertaking (the Zoetis undertaking) from Zoetis Inc., Zoetis Australia Pty Ltd, and Zoetis Australia Research & Manufacturing Pty Ltd and consented to a variation (the Pfizer variation) to the undertaking given by Pfizer Inc. and Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd and accepted by the ACCC on 30 September 2009 (the Pfizer undertaking).
On 17 June 2015, the ACCC decided to accept an undertaking (the Zoetis undertaking) from Zoetis Inc., Zoetis Australia Pty Ltd, and Zoetis Australia Research & Manufacturing Pty Ltd and consented to a variation (the Pfizer variation) to the undertaking given by Pfizer Inc. and Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd and accepted by the ACCC on 30 September 2009 (the Pfizer undertaking).
