RJN imported and supplied 1,940 children’s dressing gowns labelled as “Strictly Sleep by RJN” and “Low Fire Risk”. When tested, the garment failed to meet the consumer product safety standard for children’s nightwear and further, may have misled consumers by stating that the garment was a low fire risk when in fact it was a high fire risk.
