The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares, pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act), that the local bitstream access service (LBAS) is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

On 9 September 2011, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) received a price notification (a locality notice) from Airservices Australia (Airservices) under subsection 95Z(5) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA).

On 22 August 2011, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) received a price notification (a locality notice) from Airservices Australia (Airservices) under subsection 95Z(5) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA).

On 3 June 2011, Australia Post submitted a price notification to the ACCC under subsection 95Z(5) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 which proposed increases in the prices of its bulk mail letter services.
The ACCC has decided to publish the following determinations about the terms of access to the unconditioned local loop service (ULLS). In December 2010 the ACCC decided to publish final determinations and statements of reasons in relation to four ULLS access disputes.

On 17 September 2010 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) decided to object to Sydney Airport Corporation Limited’s (SACL’s) proposal to increase charges for the provision of certain aeronautical services to regional air services at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport.

On 1 April 2010 Australia Post lodged a locality notice under subsection 95Z(5) of the Trade Practices Act 1974. This locality notice proposed increases in prices of Australia Post's domestic reserved letter services.
