Declared service
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Act that the Integrated Services Digital Network Originating Service is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission declares pursuant to section 152AL(3) of the Act that the Integrated Services Digital Network Terminating Service is a "declared service" for the purposes of Part XIC of the Act.
The Part A Competition notice dated 10 August 1998 (in force 30 September 1998) was revoked by notice issued on 14 October 1998. A further Part A Competition notice was issued on 14 October 1998 (in force 14 October 1998).
