An Undertaking has been provided by GoConnect to remedy alleged misleading and deceptive conduct in relation to the promotion of its free Internet access service. GoConnect will place corrective advertisements and advise consumers of the likelihood of substantial delays with connections, and of limitations on where the service will be made available.
