The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accepted a court-enforceable undertaking from Belkin Limited (Belkin) in relation to “lifetime warranty” and “limited lifetime warranty” representations made about more than 130 types of products supplied by Belkin in Australia.
