On 24 March 2022, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) in relation to consumer data sharing obligations for the loan component of the Direct Money Market System Cash Relationship Account product issued by Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
