The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accepted a court-enforceable undertaking from NETGEAR Australia Pty Ltd (NETGEAR) in relation to representations made to Australian consumers about their rights under the statutory consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as well as its failure to comply with requirements relating to warranties against defects contained in section 102 of the ACL.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accepted a court enforceable undertaking from Hyundai Motor Company Australia Pty Ltd (Hyundai).

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has accepted a court-enforceable undertaking from Belkin Limited (Belkin) in relation to “lifetime warranty” and “limited lifetime warranty” representations made about more than 130 types of products supplied by Belkin in Australia.
