Exemption for Indue Ltd

On 27 June 2024, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted an exemption under section 56GD of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (the Act) to Indue Ltd deferring all its CDR obligations until 30 June 2026. The ACCC granted the exemption in response to an application from Indue Ltd.

The ACCC also revoked the exemption granted to Indue Ltd on 23 February 2023 under section 56GD of the Act.
