Telstra Corporation Ltd will provide free online music download services in conjunction with Diageo Australia Ltd, to members of Telstra's BigPond Music service who are;
- Australian residents and 18 years or over;
- purchase a specially marked four pack of Smirnoff Ice or Smirnoff Ice Double Black featuring the "Free Music Download" promotion with the unique promotional product code on the inside of the pack wrap; and
- after entering a valid Product Code, follow the directions at a given Internet address to become a BigPond Music member
