Sydney Airport proposes to offer a discount to international airlines in respect of their acquisition of aeronautical services and facilities on the condition that the airline is a member of the Board of Airline Representatives Inc (BARA) and is participating in the current collective negotiation of the terms on which it will acquire aeronautical services and facilities in relation to international passenger and aircraft movements from Sydney Airport that is facilitated by BARA.
