Summary
The Notifying Party is a franchising business providing pharmacy services in NSW and ACT through (at the time of notification) 15 independently owned community pharmacy businesses (SPG Franchisees). Under the terms of the Franchise Agreement between the Notifying Party and the SPG Franchisees, SPG Franchisees are required to acquire a prescribed range of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products from Symbion Pharmacy Services Pty Ltd as part of establishing and operating the Franchised Business.
