Summary
Chevron Australia Products Pty Ltd (formerly Puma Energy (Australia) Holdings Pty Limited), Chevron Australia Downstream Fuels Pty Limited (formerly Australia Fuel Distributors Pty Limited), and Neumann Petroleum Pty Limited (together the Applicants) lodged an exclusive dealing notification with the ACCC on 8 January 2014. The Applicants proposed to grant a licence to operate convenience store businesses from Puma's existing service station sites on condition that the operator purchased retail goods and products (excluding petroleum and fuel products) to be sold at the convenience store business from suppliers nominated by Puma from time to time, unless Puma consented in writing to other suppliers being used.
