Summary

The Minister Administering the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the Minister) proposes to supply contracts for the sale of residential lots at the Bunya Project in Doonside, NSW, on condition that purchasers enter into separate collateral contracts with a builder from the Builder Team for the construction of a house on the residential lot.

The Builder Team comprises: Allcastle Homes Pty Ltd, Champion Homes Sales Pty Ltd, Eden Brae Holdings Pty Ltd and Wisdom Properties Group Pty Ltd. The Builder Team was nominated by Landcom, the Minister's marketing Agent for Bunya Estate.
