Links Sanctuary Lakes Pty Ltd - Notification - N91880

Links Sanctuary Lakes Pty Ltd ('the Developer') proposes to offer a rebate on the purchase of a lot in the Development to purchasers on the condition that purchasers establish a Club Living Account with Sanctuary Club (which presumably also involves becoming a member of Sanctuary Club). The form of the rebate is the payment of a purchaser's Club Living Account invoices and/or annual Body Corporate Fees or club membership subscription fee invoices up to a cumulative amount not exceeding $10,000 ('the Maximum Amount') until the earlier of:
- the payments reaching the Maximum Amount; or
- the date the member transfers the property; or
- 8 years from the date of completion of the Contract of Sale.
