Summary
Julia Farr Services (JFS) proposes to sell community titles to housing accomodation to eligible JFS clients on condition that any client that requires secured finance acquires such finance from HomeStart Finance (HomeStart). JFS proposes to refuse to sell community titles to otherwise eligible JFS clients where secured finance is obtained from an institution other than HomeStart.
HomeStart agrees to consider, at its discretion, the provision of secured loan finance to JFS clients on certain terms and conditions.
