Summary

Indue and Coles Financial Services (Coles FS) have entered into a written agreement whereby Indue has agreed to issue Coles-branded Mastercard reloadable prepaid cards (MasterCard Cards) available for purchase online. Indue is the issuer of the cards, and Coles, Coles FS, and Loyalty Pacific, operator of the flybuys retail loyalty program, (together, Coles Entities) have been appointed as Authorised Representatives of Indue to promote and distribute the Mastercard Cards.

It is proposed that upon the launch of the MasterCard Cards:

- The Coles Entities, under the management of Indue, will market the MasterCard Card throughout the Australian retail market
- To finalise an online purchase of a MasterCard Card, a consumer will have to either be an existing flybuys member or agree to become a flybuys member.
