GLWP Pty Ltd proposes to supply completed homes to Self-Managed Superannuation Funds using the Superbuild System as a package on condition that the purchaser also uses the services of each of:
Resolve Financial Services (mortgage broker) to source a self-managed superannuation fund loan and
GLWB Pty Ltd trading as Axiom conveyancing for conveyancing services for the purchase of the completed home and
ABN Realty as the selling agent.
In addition, through the Superbuild System, purchasers will be required to acquire:
an established home through one of the ABN Group of companies, or
an "off the plan" purchase from one of the builders belonging to the ABN group of companies.
