-supplying, or offering to supply, additional benefits or privileges including gift vouchers and discount vouchers offered or awarded to cardholders on the condition that they acquire qualifying goods or services from other parties.
GE proposes:
-supplying, or offering to supply, credit card financial services and related services on the condition that the cardholder also acquires membership in the FlyBuys loyalty scheme and related services from Coles, Loyalty Pacific and Coles Retailers
-supplying, or offering to supply, loyalty points and/or bonus loyalty points to cardholders on the condition that they acquire qualifying goods or services from other parties
-supplying, or offering to supply, additional benefits or privileges including gift vouchers and discount vouchers offered or awarded to cardholders on the condition that they acquire qualifying goods or services from other parties.
GE is the issuer of relevant Coles co-branded credit cards.
Loyalty Pacific is the operator of the FlyBuys loyalty program.
