The proposed conduct will involve Fujifilm, from time to time and for limited promotional periods, offering promotional products and services, such as camera and film products and accessories and/or photo imaging services (including at a particular price or with a particular discount, allowance, credit or rebate) to customers who purchase Fujifilm branded goods or services, including digital cameras, from participating Camera House stores operated by Raleru Ltd (or persons and companies who are authorised, licensed or franchised by Raleru Ltd to operate Camera House stores and to use the name Camera House in those retail operations).
