FOXTEL Management Pty Ltd (FOXTEL) proposes to supply certain audiovisual content via the internet to consumers on condition that they have purchased certain internet enabled television models manufactured and distributed in Australia by Samsung under the Samsung brand (the FOXTEL Samsung Service). The FOXTEL Samsung Service will comprise a subscription to a linear content package containing a selection of linear channels. A video on demand service either in conjunction with linear channels or where fees are collected on a per transaction basis may also be developed as part of the FOXEL Samsung Service.

From time to time, FOXTEL also proposes to supply part or all of the FOXTEL Samsung Service for no charge on condition that the customer has purchased a Samsung Device and the customer has a promotional voucher from Samsung for a period of up to 12 months.
