offer by the notifying parties, and supply by the notifying parties pursuant to such offers, of race services from time to time, including access to track facilities and race events, subject to a condition that:
- the offeree has purchased a suitable licence from the National Association of Speedway Racing Pty Ltd (NASR) in order to compete at the track or
- the offeree has purchased a suitable licence from NASR in order to visit the racing pit area.
On 28 January 2010 the ACCC decided to issue draft notices proposing to revoke the notifications.
On 22 February 2010 a pre-decision conference was held with respect to this matter.
On 13 May 2010 the ACCC decided to issue notices revoking the notifications. If no application for review of these notices is made to the Australian Competition Tribunal, the immunity provided by the notifications ceases to be in force on 13 June 2010.
