Summary
Ice Hockey Australia proposes to sanction, through suspension or expulsion, any member of Ice Hockey Australia who has participated, or is participating, in a non-sanctioned Australian or international ice hockey game or league.
On 4 December 2009 the ACCC issued a draft notice proposing to revoke notification N94049.
On 2 March 2010 the ACCC issued a notice revoking the immunity provided by notification N94049.
If no application for review of this notice is made to the Australian Competition Tribunal the immunity afforded by the notification will cease to be in force on 2 April 2010.
