Description of Conduct
The South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME), on behalf of itself and 27 other participating members, seeks minor variation to Authorisations A91567 & A91568, granted for 11 years on 17 May 2017. The authorisations relate to an establishment of a joint electricity purchasing group.
SACOME proposes to amend the list of participating members to remove Arrium Limited and add the relevant subsidiaries of Arrium Limited that will be part of the purchasing group under the authorised conduct.
