Description of Conduct
On 13 November 2009, the Tasmanian Farmers & Graziers Association lodged an application for re-authorisation for an arrangement between present and future vegetable grower members to collectively negotiate the terms and conditions of growing contracts with processors and to assist vegetable grower members in their negotiations.
On 25 March 2010, the ACCC issued a determination granting authorisation in respect of the arrangements for five years. A copy of the determination is available by following the links below.
