Description of Conduct

On 6 March 2025, Steeline Members Pty Ltd (Steeline) lodged application for revocation of authorisation AA1000520 and substitution of new authorisation AA1000692 on behalf of its current and future members for 2 types of conduct:

  1. Joint advertising and selling activities, including discussing and negotiating common terms and conditions under which goods and services will be offered for sale, operating an online store and tendering for national supply agreements with customers.
  2. Collective bargaining conduct, where Steeline will represent its members in negotiations with suppliers.

Steeline seeks authorisation for 10 years. A full copy of Steeline’s application is below.
