Description of Conduct
Amendments to Chapter 9 of the NEC relating to metering provisions in the ACT. First amendment seeks to amend the existing derogation in Part C to delay the introduction of competition for metering services for a transitional period to facilitate a smooth transition to FRC in ACT. A further amendment clarifies the way in which responsibility for performing the role of Jurisdictional Regulator in the ACT is assigned.
Authorisation granted to amend NEC provisions relating to ACT derogations contained in chapter 9.
