Description of Conduct
On 23 April 2012 Emirates and the Dubai Aviation Corporation (trading as flydubai) applied for authorisation to make, and give effect to, their Affiliation Agreement and the arrangements provided for under the agreement, as well as other cooperative arrangements. These include holiday/vacation products packages, co-branded joint offices, corporate dealings, customer rebates, incentives and discounts, agency arrangements (including coordinating agency commissions, rebates, incentives and discounts) and distribution arrangements.

On 25 July 2012 the ACCC issued a final determination granting authorisation for a period of ten years.
