Summary

BHP Billiton Minerals Pty Ltd and a number of other companies seek authorisation to enter into the Wheelarra Joint Venture. Under the Joint Venture, the Wheelarra Participants are required to sell all of their iron ore to the Newman Participants, and the Newman Participants are to supply specified quantities of iron ore to a number of purchasers.
