Liverpool Partners (LVP) proposes to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Genea Limited (Genea).

 LVP is a private equity investor that acquired Adora Fertility Pty Ltd (Adora) on 1 June 2022.

Adora and Genea both provide fertility services, including In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF).

Adora operates one fertility clinic in each of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, with the majority of its treatments being low cost, bulk-billed treatments.

Culligan Group (Culligan) - Waterlogic Group Holdings Limited (Waterlogic)


Culligan is controlled by Osmosis Buyer Limited (Osmosis). Culligan is headquartered is the USA and operates a global water systems treatment company. In Australia, Culligan owns the Zip brand, which manufactures and supplies multi-functional taps, bottle-free coolers, wall mounted boilers, bubblers and other drinking water solutions.

City of Hobart & Ors (food and garden organics waste)

On 14 October 2021, the City of Hobart Council, Glenorchy City Council and Kingborough City Council (the Councils) applied for authorisation to collectively tender and contract for Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) processing services, including acceptance, sorting and disposal. Authorisation is sought for 4 years and 6 months to cover the initial procurement process and contracts for the provision of services.

On 26 November 2021, Greenfields Development Company No. 2 Pty Ltd (GDC2) lodged exclusive dealing notification N10000546. The notified exclusive dealing conduct is described as follows:

Linfox Australia Pty Ltd on behalf of itself and its related bodies corporate

On 14 February 2022, the ACCC received an application for authorisation from Linfox Australia Pty Ltd, on behalf of itself and related bodies corporate, and other supply chain companies (together, the Participants) for coordination and prioritisation arrangements to facilitate the recovery of the major supply disruptions on the Trans-Australian Railway caused by the floods in South Australia.

On 19 January 2022, CALMS Ltd (CALMS) sought re-authorisation to continue the use of its ‘not to exceed’ fee schedule in the provision of after-hours primary medical care in the ACT (the Conduct).

CALMS sought authorisation for 10 years. CALMS also requested that the ACCC grant interim authorisation due to the existing authorisation expiring on 20 March 2022.
