On 8 October 2025, the ACCC granted authorisation to 1Circle Pty Ltd, for it and the future members of 5 renewable energy buying groups, established over 5 years, to collectively procure and give effect to long term renewable electricity supply contracts which include an equivalent quantity of large-scale generation certificates.
