The ACCC has allowed taxi operators working in co-operatives in regional and country Victoria to agree on the maximum fares they will charge taxi-users for work booked within their cooperative network.

ACCC authorises Melbourne councils to undertake joint tendering for organic waste processing services

The ACCC has issued a determination authorising the Metropolitan Waste Management Group, Knox City Council, Maroondah City Council, Yarra Ranges Shire Council, Manningham City Council and Whitehorse City Council to undertake a joint tender and contract process for the supply of organic waste processing services.
