ACCC authorises W.A.T.A.B Agents’ to engage in collective bargaining & dispute resolution

The ACCC has granted authorisation until 30 January 2024 to the W.A.T.A.B Agents' Association Incorporated. The authorisation will allow the Association to collectively negotiate the terms and conditions of service on behalf of current and future members with Racing and Wagering Western Australia, and to participate in dispute resolution processes between RWWA and agents.

ACCC proposes to re-authorise Australian Paper Clearing System suspension and termination regulations

The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to re-authorise the suspension and termination provisions of the Australian Payments Clearing Association’s Australian Paper Clearing System (APCS) regulations. The ACCC proposes to re-authorise the provisions for ten years.

ACCC proposes to grant authorisation to Transport Workers Union owner drivers to collectively bargain

The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation, for five years, to the Transport Workers Union of Australia SA/NT Branch. These two authorisations provide for owner drivers contracted to Toll Transport Pty Ltd (Toll) in metropolitan Adelaide, and in Whyalla, to engage in voluntary collective bargaining with Toll.

ACCC re-authorises eRx Script Exchange to continue revenue sharing arrangement

The ACCC has issued a final  determination granting authorisation to eRx Script Exchange Pty Ltd to continue to give effect to an interoperability arrangement that involves revenue sharing with IP MDS Pty Ltd until 30 June 2020.

The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for Taylors Wines and other selected wineries to coordinate joint marketing and promotional arrangements pertaining to a supply arrangement between Taylors Wines and Deliveroo Australia Pty Ltd for a period of five years.
