ACCC to authorise exclusive supply of compressed natural gas tanks for mining vehicles

The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to grant authorisation for five years to Mine Energy Solutions Pty to enter into a master supply Agreement with Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide to acquire a supply of custom made high pressure compressed natural gas cylinder tanks for storage of gas fuel.
