The ACCC released an issues paper on 17 October 2019 seeking views on the key issues affecting markets for tradeable water rights in the Murray-Darling Basin. Submission to the issues paper closed 29 November 2019.
Confidentiality
Broadly speaking, the Inquiry is a public process and written feedback will be posted on the ACCC website.
The ACCC can accept a claim of confidentiality from the party if the disclosure of information would damage their competitive position. Further information about confidentiality claims is contained in the issues paper.
